International Electronics Forum 2011 Postponed As A Mark of Respect To Japan
Personal Message From Malcolm Penn, Chairman and CEO of Future Horizons
I am still struggling to come to terms with the dreadful earthquake and Tsunami in Japan, as I am sure are you. I have also been deeply touched and profoundly humbled by the decency, strength, stoicism and resilience of the Japanese people in the face of such a dreadful tragedy.
Due to the severity of the situation and as a mark of respect, both to Japan and our industry, I have taken the decision to postpone the forthcoming IEF2011 Forum originally scheduled to be held in Marrakech, Morocco on May 4-6, to the Fall, when hopefully the situation will be more settled.
I really appreciate your support for our event and I apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by my decision. I am sure however that you will agree with me that this pales in comparison to what the Japanese nation and its people are currently enduring.
I hope you will still be able to join us in the Fall and I would appreciate your assistance with helping us select a new date for the forum. Please choose your preferred dates from the list below and send us your preferences.
We are also giving our clients the opportunity to send their personal message of support to our Japanese clients and or make a donation.
